GENERAL

How do I share the Instagram filter with my attendees?

Once we create your custom Instagram effect, we will send you a link and a QR code to unlock it. You can share these details with your attendees. Optionally, you can also send the effect to your friends directly inside the Instagram app.

Who will be able to view and use my Instagram filter?

Anyone with the link or QR code to your effect will be able to use the filter. Additionally, people who use the filter will be promoting it to all their followers. Anyone who is viewing their stories will be able to access the effect and use it directly from their story.

How long will my filter be available for?

Your filter does not have an expiry time. It will work as long as Instagram keeps it hosted on their system. If you wish to take it down at any point in time, you can reach out to us at hello@swipefilters.com and we will assist you.

Will these effects work anywhere in the world?

Yes! Instagram filters are not location based and will work anywhere in the world. You just need to scan the QR code or click on the link that we send you and it will open inside your Instagram camera.


PURCHASING A FILTER

How do track the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive status updates via the following emails:

  • Order Confirmation - You will get an email confirming that we have received your order and will also contain details of your order. You will receive this email as soon as you place your order
  • Order Delivery - You will get an email with the final link and QR code of the filter. This might take up to 48 hours from the time you place the order.
  • Can I modify my order after it has been confirmed?

    Yes, you can reach out to us if you made any spelling mistakes or have minor customizations. We request you to double check the text before you place your order. We will not be able to accommodate any design modifications.

    I do not like any of the available designs what do I do?

    You can make a suggestion for a new design sending us an email at hello@swipefilters.com. We are constantly creating and adding new designs to our platform and we’ll be more than happy to consider your suggestions while doing so. We'll send you an email as soon as we add a design that matches your suggestion.


    REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

    If my filter does not get approved will I receive a refund?

    In case your filter is rejected or does not go live for whatsoever reason you will receive a full refund. However, to make sure that your filter is accepted, please refrain from adding any text that is profane, sexual, or inappropriate in any way.

    Can I cancel my order?
